They have four children: Adalyn, Malachi, Ezekiel and Amelia, and are expecting their 5th!
*While training athletes, Kyle likes to play "name that movie/song/artist." However, he seems to quote the same few movies so the odds are in your favor. If you watch close enough, you may catch him pretending he can dance or getting left hanging on a high five. No matter what though, he's down to chat with you!

I have been attending HEAT for many years now, first as an athlete and now attending the legends class. Kyle & team prepare excellent workout sessions and will cater to whatever your workout needs are. Highly recommend!

I started attending "HEAT" in May of 2022. I started with 1 on 1 sessions with Kyle 3 days a week. He was patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. After 3 months of 1 on 1's, I started to attend "training legends" 5 times a week. I have attended both night and morning sessions. Both classes have encouraging attendees and instructors while still pushing to be better. I have noticed both cardio and strength progression.

I have been coming to H.E.A.T. and attending the "Training Legends" class for a little over three years. It's been great having a scheduled class where you know Kyle and his team will have a new and challenging workout for you each night. The trainers are always present to explain the exercises, gently correct your form, or encourage you. I look forward to each workout!

I’ve been going to HEAT for almost 6 years now, and Kyle’s and HEAT’s help has been invaluable in my athletic journey. Kyle has always been super personable and helpful though all of my injuries and crazy hours. This place is fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough.

I loved the adult conditioning and lifting classes. I never worked out before trying HEAT, and was so nervous. It was fun, comfortable and helpful. I could go at my own pace in the beginning and was challenged by the trainer as I progressed. I could see a difference in my strength shortly after starting! The atmosphere is encouraging and I highly recommend it for anyone no matter what your past experience is in exercise or athletics

My daughter has been training at HEAT for many years. Kyle and his staff helped my daughter recover from an ACL tear and get back to soccer safely and successfully without re-injury. The training and knowledge my daughter received from HEAT really helped her along with her athletic career!

I had the opportunity to try H.E.A.T out while I was in town on military orders to do a personal workout here. The facilities are clean and the equipment is brand new. The trainer (Mike) was very nice and patient when giving me pointers during my workout on how to improve my lifts through technique and reps with sets. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gym in this area to check this place out.

Kyle is an amazing trainer. He challenges you beyond what you thought you could do, but at the same time encourages you to give you the energy and momentum you need to get there. This place is awesome.

As a formerly exercise-allergic couch potato, I can't say enough good things about the Training Legends program. Everyone is welcome and encouraged here. After training with Kyle and his team for over 2 years I can't think of a better gym.
